| Event Request Process: |

All Event Request Forms must be submitted via email to fundraising@1154lill.com or via US Mail to 1154 LILL Studio headquarters, sent to the address located on the form. Requests mailed or dropped off at a store location or with a LILL On Location representative will be forwarded to our headquarters, potentially delaying response time. |

Event Request Forms should be submitted as early as possible in advance of your proposed event. (Minimum 2 months in advance) |

We will do our best to acknowledge receipt of requests, however, due to the large volume we may not be able to respond to all. Approval of event is not guaranteed for any organization. |

Approval of event may take up to 3 weeks. If approved, you will receive an Event Contract for signature approval. |
| • |
A signed copy must be sent back to 1154 LILL Studio headquarters in order to proceed with scheduling. |
| • |
Only those events and organizations with a dual-signed Event Contract are considered “approved” and scheduled. |
| Fundraising By Design Policies: |

1154 LILL Studio no longer donates ready-made product (handbags or accessories) or gift certificates for silent auctions, raffles or other events. |
| • |
We support only those non-profit organizations filing with a 501(c) (3) status. |
| • |
Events with purchases totaling $2,000 or more worth of LILL goods (pre-tax sales) will receive 15% of the proceeds from sales generated from the event. |
| • |
Events with purchases totaling less than $2,000 (pre-tax sales) will receive 10% of the proceeds from sales generated from the event. |
| • |
Gift Certificates do not count toward the pre-tax sales total. |
| • |
We are happy to accommodate Fundraising By Design events across the country through both our retail boutique locations as well as our “LILL On Location” sales reps. |
| • |
Please note that each of our retail boutiques can host up to 8 events per year (Sundays – Fridays), and our independent LILL On Location sales reps can each host 1 event per year in an approved public or private venue (as requested by the organization). |

As an organization founded on the principles of personal creativity, we are also committed to supporting organizations that aid and further creativity and the arts. |

Preference is shown towards organizations which impact the greatest number of people. We believe in a policy of inclusion. |
| • |
There is no preference shown to new or revisiting organizations. We cannot guarantee a first or recurring contribution to any party. |
