Our founder, Jennifer Velarde, created the business over 10 years ago to share her love of design, handbags and the creative experience with others. It has grown tremendously since its inception and today is a nationally recognized and coveted brand. Our design experience is second to none and our bags are all sewn and assembled right here in our hometown of Chicago. We have an exceptionally loyal customer base who believe in our product and our brand and tout it to everyone they know. It’s a great concept with an amazing following and extraordinary products you'll love selling!

1154 LILL is the “anti-home party” concept!
Ever been to a home party where you felt pressured into buying something you really didn’t want – maybe even sight unseen from a catalog? Or worse, one where you were pestered by the sales rep to “join her team.” LILL parties are never like that. Our reps carry actual samples of our bags and fabrics that customers can touch and feel. No shopping from catalogs at our parties! Our parties are about designing, having a good time and creating a bag you’ll love. We do not solicit for new reps at parties. Our customers and our reps truly appreciate that we don’t pressure guests with sales pitches to “join the team.”

You choose us and we choose you!
That’s right, we don’t offer the opportunity to just anyone. We handpick each representative. We believe it is important to know each person selling our product and representing our brand. We’ve found that selecting the right people to sell our products makes for a better customer experience – and that leads to bigger party sales and an extremely loyal customer following. It’s a network of committed and professional sales reps that you’ll be proud to be part of!

There is no start-up kit cost!
If you are selected to be a rep, there is no start-up kit fee to become a rep. We provide you with all the samples and marketing materials you need to start selling. As we introduce new products and fabrics, you receive these samples at no cost so you always have the most up to date samples to sell to your customers. With nothing to invest in sample products, the commissions you earn are yours to spend as you desire. No re-investing your earnings back into sample products like other rep programs!

You’ll see first hand how are products are made!
If you are selected to be part of the LILL on Location team, you’ll get to visit our Chicago headquarters and production facility to learn first hand about our products and how to sell them. Post training, our headquarters LILL on Location Team provides hands on support every step of the way to help you maximize your marketing and selling efforts. We are at your service, as your success is our success!

You can earn money doing something you’ll love for a company you are passionate about!
Our products and fabrics are beautiful and of the highest quality. They simply sell themselves. You can easily book 2-3 parties a week and earn the income you desire in no time!

Our parties average $1000 in sales!
This is far above the industry average for home parties. Customers are often so impressed with our products and experience, that our parties typically yield 2-3 fresh leads for future parties.

There are no confusing commission tables and tiered rep structure!
You are never pressured to solicit other reps to work under you. Every commission dollar you earn is paid to you, not your team. You’ll earn 15% commission on everything you sell with bonuses paid to our top monthly sellers and for reaching your quarterly sales goals.

Exclusive deals on products! We offer generous hostess discounts and promotions to our customers making booking and selling at parties easy. We also offer rep discounts and exclusive rep deals so you can take part in the fun, too, and feed that handbag addiction!
