Web Store Manager
Full time position at our Chicago HQ office. M-F hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Overall Web Store product management - ready made product ordering, product uploads to site including creative   description writing, and web store inventory management.
- Overall Web Store customer relations management - customer service, order processing and order tracking and   management for online sales
- Promotion planning and implementation for online sales channel, including editorial involvement in web-focused   email blasts
- Social media integration and development of online tools to enhance customer's online experience and increase   online sales
- Oversight of informational (static) pages on website
- Involvement in development of website marketing efforts, including affiliate marketing program development with   Vice President to drive further traffic to website
- Analyze web traffic and sales reports, spot trends and recommend and implement go forward improvements to   increase online sales
- Direct Report - Robin Newberry, Vice President
-Position requirements include: FT in office availability M-F, customer service experience, demonstrated social media knowledge and active participation, aptitude for computerized order processing, shopping cart and inventory management, demonstrated creative writing skills, and exposure to/knowledge of online marketing practices and tactics.  
Experience is nice, however this is a great position for entry-level to intermediate-level candidates with energy, enthusiasm, smarts and a take-charge attitude.  We are looking to train the right person. Position available immediately.

LILL On Location Associate
Part Time position at our Chicago HQ office, 16-24 hours / week

The LILL On Location Program is 1154 LILL’s national sales rep program which brings the LILL experience directly to the customer through corporate and home parties.

Position Description:
We are seeking the perfect candidate to support our growing LILL On Location Sales Rep program as departmental support and as a data entry associate.

Responsibilities include:
- Process orders via online order processing software program
- Aid in the overall communication for all Reps
- Act as liaison between Reps/Customers and HQ
- Assist in the training and ongoing education of LILL Reps
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone outgoing, confident, creative and responsible—an intuitive problem solver and team player. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be attentive to details, and possess superior customer service skills. A thorough proficiency in MS Office programs is necessary (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).  Existing knowledge of retail order processing is a plus.
